– Market analysis, ecosystem map, best practice research
– Co-creation and alignment workshops with stakeholders
– Desk research and customer journey
– Delivering and presenting a product vision
– E-Commerce experience principles and sales funnel concepts
– Buying journey (cruise, on board, insurance and services products)
– Information architecture (sitemap, menu, page typed and structure)
– High fidelity wireframes & prototypes with key screens
– Technical communication
– Friendly usability testing
